This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.10.2023 and conduct proper enquiry.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner is kept pending on the file of the respondent police. The dispute is with regard to the money transaction. 3.Let the above said complaint given by the petitioner be disposed of within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If it is found that it is purely civil dispute, then the complaint may be closed by advising the parties to workout his remedy through appropriate civil proceedings.

4.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
