ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.11.2021, since the earlier order of this Court was not complied, the respondent was directed to comply with the order that has been already passed by this Court dated 17.03.2017 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3053 of 2017 and list the matter on 20.12.2021 for reporting compliance.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that they have already filed a final report and produced a copy of the final report as action dropped.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
