The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 373 IPC and Sections 5(g), 5(1) r/w 6(1) and 17 of the Protection of Children from the Sexual Offence Act in Crime No.15 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that A3 in this case was residing in the first floor of the defacto complainant's house on rent basis. On 09.10.2023, the defacto complainant noticed that A3 came to the house along with two minor girls and thereafter, at mid-night, the defacto complainant heard some male voices from A3's house and he came to understand that A3 used the minor girls for prostitute business and informed about the same to the police.

Based on the victim girl's confession, the petitioner herein was added as an accused. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police strongly objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner herein only sent the minor girls to the prostitute house.

produced the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. 5.On perusal of statement of the victim girl, it is noticed that the petitioner herein used the minor girl for prostitute business. Therefore, I find no ground to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
