(MD0.No.18818/2022 dated 03.11.2022 in Cr.No.346/2022 on the file of the respondent police.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.UDHAYAKUMAR R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18818 of 2022, dated 03.11.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.
4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18818 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.15417 of 2022 respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
