PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the fourth respondent in his proceedings in Mu.Mu.No.3060/A1/2009 dated 22.05.2017 and quash the same and direct the fourth respondent to approve the promotion of the petitioner as B.T.Assistant as per the order dated 22.07.2016 of the fifth respondent with all the consequential benefits.
