Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has given a representation dated 10.11.2022 seeking issuance of patta. The third respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass order after notice to all the interested parties within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
