ORDER

The petitioner / wife, who is facing the proceedings for divorce under Section 13 (1) (i-a) (i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act before the Sub Court, Devakottai in H.M.O.P.No.139 of 2017, seeks transfer of the same to the file of the Sub Court, Aranthangi.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for transferring the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.139 of 2017 to the file of the Sub Court, Aranthangi.

3. Hence, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.139 of 2017 are withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Devakottai and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Aranthangi. The Sub Court, Devakottai is directed to transmit the papers in H.M.O.P.No.139 of 2017 to the file of the Sub Court, Aranthangi forthwith.

4. This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
