ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents to take action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 14.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the petitioner and a decision would be taken within a period of two (2) weeks from today and the same would be communicated to the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the non-registration of FIR, the petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
