This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent vide proceedings in Maa.B.768/2009 Na.Ka.No.F.1/6776/225/2009, dated 04.08.2009 and consequently, direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner with all other consequential monetary benefits.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's suspension was revoked, he was reinstated and his suspension period was ordered to be treated as EOL.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court finds that there is nothing to be adjudicated in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ

Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
