O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by a Conductor working in the respondent Transport Corporation, challenging the order of punishment, wherein the petitioner was imposed with a punishment of postponement of increment for a period of two years without cumulative effect.

2. A perusal of the impugned order reveals that it has been passed on 08.04.2015. Therefore, the petitioner has already undergone the punishment and he has received the increment after the punishment period was over. The writ petition, having been filed after a period of 9 years is not maintainable. 2/4
