COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to disburse the petitioners old age pension under Indira Gandhi National Scheme in pursuance of the order in Ni.Mu.No.IGNOAP 694/11/E1, dated 01.03.2011 and Ni.Mu.No.IGNOAP 166/11/E1, dated 26.02.2011.

For Petitioner : No appearance For Respondent : Mr.R.Suresh Kumar Additional Government Pleader (In both WPs) C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners have approached this Court that they are entitled for old age pension under Indira Gandhi National Scheme However, they have not been considered by the respondent. 2.Today(12.01.2024), when these writ petitions are taken up for hearing there is no representation for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners have been considered under the Scheme and they have been paid with old age pension. A copy of the proceedings dated 31.07.2017 is also placed before this Court.
