This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.144 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Singanapuneri, Sivagangai District and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.106 of 2021.

3. Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
