This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was initiated in CSR.No.379/B5/Crime.P.S/2019 by the second respondent. During the enquiry, the third respondent has agreed to approach the Civil Court seeking appropriate relief. Recording the same, the enquiry had been closed.
