PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records passed by the first respondent vide proceeding No.Na.ka. 13849/W3/E3/2014 dated 12.06.2014 along with annexure 1 to 4 and the consequential proceeding No.Na.Ka.13849/W3/E3/2014 dated 07.04.2017 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to provide all service benefits such as promotion and increments vide the petitioner's representations dated 09.11.2015, 15.06.2016 and 17.04.2017. This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent vide proceedings in Na.ka.No.13849/W3/E3/2014, dated 12.06.2014 along with annexure 1 to 4 and consequential proceeding in Na.Ka.

No.13849/W3/E3/2014, dated 07.04.2017 and consequently, direct the respondents to provide all service benefits such as promotion and increments.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, the petitioner was paid all the service benefits and the increments and hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 16.08.2022 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No vji
