PRAYER :- For bail in Crime No.150 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is case of attempt to commit robbery. The occurrence had taken place at post midnight on 01.12.2019.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the petitioner's involvement came to light from the confession of the main accused. It is further stated that the petitioner is having one previous case of the same nature registered on the file of the respondent police. Investigation is still pending. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner and the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
