PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in CSR.No.522 of 2022 pending complaint on the file of the third respondent police to any other independent agency like CBCID for conducting fair investigation and to take appropriate action, within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition is filed with a prayer to transfer the investigation in CSR.No.522 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent to any other independent agency like CBCID.

2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he is already given change of vakalat. The name of the petitioner is also printed in the second column of the cause list. No other learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Neither the petitioner is personally appeared before this Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the petitioner would submit that enquiry in CSR.No.522 of 2022 has already been conducted and it is closed.

4.In view thereof, there is no question of transferring the investigation and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
