The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish upon the contemnors/respondents 1 and 2 for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.22501 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the contemnors would submit that in pursuance of the direction of this Court, enquiry was conducted and FIR came to be registered in Crime No.226 of 2024 on 13.11.2024 and also produced the copy of the FIR.
