ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. N. Ananda Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M. Vaikkam Karunanithi, Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

"This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply the condition prescribed in the order in CrlO.P(MD)No.16378 of 2023 dated 14.09.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties and surrender before the concerned trial Court, since due to financial crises, the petitioner is unable to produce sureties and surrender within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in CRL.O.P.(MD)NO.16378 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order."
