To review and re-consider the order dated 26.08.2022 in CMA (MD)No.2066 of 2022 on the file of this Honourable Court, against the fair and decreetal order dated 03.03.2021 and made in MCOP No.425 of 2017 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal(Special District Court) Madurai (in- charge), allow the above appeal. Prayer in CMA(MD). 880/ 2021 :

To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 03-03-2021 and made in MCOP.No.425 of 2017 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal(Special District Court), Madurai(Incharge), in so far as they relate to quantum of compesation awarded by the Tribunal to the amount restricted in the claims Petition, allow the above appeal and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SRINIVASA RAGHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 355 days in representing the Review Petition before this Court.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of cost.

3. This petition is allowed on condition that the petitioners shall pay the cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of District Siddha Medical 2/4

Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam (A/c.No.10767823177, IFSC Code:SBIN0000898, State Bank of India, Periyakulam Branch) within a period of Four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
