ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition for police protection.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that for the summon, which is issued to the petitioner for enquiry, the petitioner did not respond.

4. It is seen that O.S.No.153 of 2023 is pending between the parties. Therefore, when the civil dispute is pending between the parties, if and when any order or decree which is passed in the suit, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the respondent police and the respondent police can give protection, only in terms of the civil court order /decree.

5. with such liberty preserved to the petitioner, this Petition stands disposed of.
