ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that his representation dated 30.03.2017, which was submitted for getting approval to receive the seized electronic goods, was not considered by the 1st respondent.
2.This Court without expressing anything on the merits of the matter directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.This writ petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
