ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to interfere the peaceful life of the petitioner and her child Diya and not to harass the petitioner without any order from the appropriate Court as Guardians by the 3 to 5 respondents and direct the 3 to 5 respondents to approach the concerned court to claim the child.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that it is a matrimonial issue between the petitioner and the third respondent. On the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, the matter was settled between the parties. Over the custody of the child, the parties were advised to approach the concerned court through appropriate civil proceedings.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
