O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to investigate and file the Final Report in Crime No.99 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police registered FIR in Crime No.99 of 2019. After completing the investigation, Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magsitrate, Rameshwaram, on 20.07.2023.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), there shall be a direction to the concerned trial Court to process the above said Final Report within the time stipulated as per rules.

5. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that no accused is arrested. Some of the accused's name have been deleted in the Final Report.
6. If it is so, after getting copy of the above said Final Report, the petitioner can workout his remedy before the concerned trial Court itself.
7. With the above direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
