ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging an order of suspension passed by the 3rd respondent, dated 23.05.2017

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the disciplinary proceeding was initiated against the petitioner and the petitioner was removed from service. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was removed from service for some other charges and not for the charges initiated in this writ petition.

Recording the said submission, this Court is of the considered opinion that since the petitioner has been removed from service even though for some other charges, the suspension order being challenged in this writ petition cannot be revoked. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
