Pleased to call for the records relating to Order dated 15.07.2019 made in M.C.No.18 of 2017 on the file of Family Court, Dindigul and set-aside the same, thereby enhance the maintenance amount fixed by the learned Family Court, Dindigul. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RAVI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.PARAMASIVAM, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 25 days in filing the Crl.R.C(MD)SR.No.37685 of 2019.

3.Mr.S.Paramasivam, learned counsel for the respondent has strong objection for allowing this petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.5,00/- (Rupees Five hundred only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
