This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 05.06.2017 passed by the fourth respondent, calling upon the petitioner to vacate the staff quarters.

2.Admittedly, the petitioner has been terminated from service and only due to the said fact, the aforesaid impugned order came to be passed by the fourth respondent. Naturally, once the service has been terminated, the question of retaining the staff quarters does not arise. In view of the same, there is no merit in this Writ Petition.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
