ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that his representation dated 27.12.2016, which was submitted under Section 10 of the Patta Pass Book Act has not been considered by the respondents.

2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions submits that the Revenue Inspector has conducted an enquiry on 14.12.2023 and he has sent a proposal to the Tahsildar.

3.In view of the above, 1st respondent Tahsildar is directed to pass suitable orders in the petitioner's application within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing necessary opportunities to all the interested parties, if any.

4.This writ petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
