ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation of Crime No.58 of 2022, on the file of the second respondent to any other independent and specialized agency like CBI or CBCID of Madurai District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that it is a case and case in counter and that in the present case, five witnesses have already been examined. 3.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court, within a period of one month, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
