O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.234 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent, investigation is almost completed and Final Report will be filed before the concerned trial Court within a period of two weeks.
3. It is too premature stage to entertain this petition. The petitioner shall wait till completion of the investigation process. There shall be direction to the first respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the Final Report before the concerned trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. After getting copy of the above said Final Report, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
