2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken by registering the FIR in Crime No.8 of 2022. During the course of investigation it was stated that a compromise was reached between the parties. Recording the above said statement, the FIR was closed stating that since the defacto complainant received all the jewels and other articles from the accused, no further action is required. On the basis of the above said statement final report has been filed as action dropped. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this case and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
