ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2017 seeking to complete the enquiry initiated against him and pass final order to permit him to join duty as salesman within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was working in TASMAC and while he was in service, disciplinary proceedings were initiated on 07.07.2015 and the petitioner submitted his explanation on 20.07.2015 and thereafter a charge memo was issued on 05.12.2015 and immediately thereafter, he submitted his explanation on 17.12.2015 and an enquiry was conducted and after conducting enquiry, the enquiry officer submitted his report on 27.07.2015, however, till date no final order was passed and hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. At the time of hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that after considering the enquiry report submitted by the enquiry officer, a final order was passed by the respondent on 14.12.2020.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
