Since it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the investigation in the case in Crime No.313 of 2024 is completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate Concerned, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition with liberty to challenge the charge sheet filed against them. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
