: Respondents PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to depute a Deputy Superintendent of Police, other than the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 for conduct fresh investigation and collect the CCTV footage relating to the occurrence of the case relating to the case in S.C.No.38 of 2019 on the file of the learned First Additional Sessions Judge cum P.C.R. Court, Thanjavur District in Crime No.133 of 2018 on the file of the sixth respondent after quash the charge sheet in S.C.No.38 of 1/3

2019 on the file of the learned First Additional Sessions Judge cum P.C.R. Court, Thanjavur District within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to depute a Deputy Superintendent of Police, other than the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 for conducting fresh investigation and collect the CCTV footage relating to the occurrence of the case relating to the case in S.C.No.38 of 2019 on the file of the learned First Additional Sessions Judge cum P.C.R.Court, Thanjavur District, in Crime No.133 of 2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondents after obtaining direction from the Court have conducted further investigation and that further statement has also been obtained from the petitioner / Vanmiganathan and also from one Selvam, S/o.Rajendran and further the material objects viz., nine photos and CD containing in the photos and video CD have been produced before the concerned Court vide Form - 91.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
