JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 13.04.2023 made in M.C.O.P.No.78 of 2018 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum Subordinate Court, Uthamapalayam.

2. The joint compromise memo has been filed before this Court on behalf of both parties, in which it is mentioned that the award amount passed by the Tribunal was Rs.18,42,500/- with interest at the rate of 7.5%. However, during the pendency of this appeal, the appellant and respondents 1 and 2 have agreed to a settlement for a sum of Rs.19,79,011/- as full and final settlement, based on which this joint compromise memo is filed.
