PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Se.Mu.order No. 16360/Pa.A2/2017 dated 27.05.2017 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same as illegal to the extent of serial No.55 which pertains to the petitioner's transfer.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed, challenging the order of the third respondent in Se.Mu.order No.16360/Pa.A2/2017 dated 27.05.2017.

2. When the matter was listed for hearing on 04.08.2022, 08.08.2022 and 16.08.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' today (ie., 17.08.2022). Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learend Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner was not solely transferred, but she was transferred during general transfer and as per the transfer order, the petitioner was appointed in Manikandam and working there from 2017.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader and also considering the fact that continuously, 2 / 4

there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter is pending for the past five years, this Court feels that there is nothing remain for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
