PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 15.11.2022 passed in I.A.No.344 of 2022 in O.S.No.173 of 2004 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Madurai.

ORDER

The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".

2.By order, dated 12.01.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.173 of 2004, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, on the request made by the Court below, this Court, by orders, dated 17.10.2024 and 09.07.2025, had granted further time to comply with the order, dated 12.01.2024.

3.The Court below has now again submitted a letter in D.No.152/2025, dated 05.02.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further four months time to comply with the order, dated 12.01.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, four months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 12.01.2024. 20.02.2026 pal To The I Additional District Court, Madurai.
