ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 120(B), 406, 420, 465 and 468 IPC in Crime No.12 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on promising to get a job in Court, the petitioners have received a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- from the defacto complainant on various dates and thereafter, the petitioners neither to get a job or return back the money to the defacto complainant. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and their names have been falsely implicated in this case.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the the petitioners have received a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- from the defacto complainant on promising to get a job and subsequently, cheated him and the investigation of the case is pending and hence, he strongly objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the serious nature of allegations made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
