ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for hearing on this day under the caption 'Extension of time for 'Lower Court' and upon perusing earlier order dated 20.11.2024 and the requisition submitted by the District Munsif, Rajapalayam in D.No.235 dated 21.06.2025 through Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in D.No.5629/2025 dated 01.07.2025 seeking further extension of time to dispose of the case in R.L.T.O.P.No.4 of 2021 this Court made the following Order:

'By order dated 20.11.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in R.L.T.O.P.No.4 of 2021, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.235, dated 21.06.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further time to comply with the order dated 20.11.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition. 2/4

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 20.11.2024.'
