This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.199 of 2022 pending on the file of first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that in this case, after completion of investigation, the first respondent has filed a final report on 01.11.2022, before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sankarankoil.
