O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the 1st respondent in its Na.Ka.No.12592/2015-3(1)/A7, dated 17.06.2017 and to quash the same in so for as the petitioner is concerned.

2.The petitioner was promoted as Executive Officer Grade I and was posted in Tiruppur District, vide order, dated 28.02.2011. The petitioner's son, namely, Dev Shakthikumar, is aged 13 years. He is suffering from Acute Autism. The petitioner was not able to accept the transfer and aggrieved over the Transfer Order, the petitioner filed the Writ Petition and this Court has granted an interim stay, dated 20.06.2017. The petitioner was continuing in said post. Thereafter, pending this Writ Petition the petitioner was transferred to Udayarpalayam.

Thereafter, to Labaikudikadu.

Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. However, the petitioner submitted that she was not paid the salary applicable to the post of Executive Officer Selection Grade. 3.Therefore, the respondents are directed to fix the pay scale applicable to the Executive Officer Selection Grade and disburse the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.11344 of 2017 same from the date of impugned order, dated 17.06.2017. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
