This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider and conduct proper enquiry upon the petitioners complaint dated 16.10.2023 and dispose the same.

2. On the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.10.2023, FIR has been registered against the accused in Crime No. 225 of 2023 dated 03.11.2023.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that, during the course of enquiry, the accused stated that he is in possession of the disputed documents and he wants the documents back.

4. Let the petitioner file a proper representation before the second respondent in this regard and work out remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. Since a First Information Report has been registered on the petitioner's complaint, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
