PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to take appropriate action as against the fifth respondent as per the Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011 by the first respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2017, within a stipulated time. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to take appropriate action as against the fifth respondent as per Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011, based upon the representation of the petitioner dated 02.03.2017. 2.The Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 has been struck down by the Hon'ble Apex Court, pursuant thereto, Section 77 (A) had been introduced in the Registration Act, by way of an amendment.

3.In the light of the same, the petitioner is permitted to make a necessary application, invoking the provision of Section 77(A) of the Registration Act and if any such application is made to the fourth respondent, the fourth respondent shall dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible.

4.With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
