PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate appropriate proceedings against the respondents 3 to 5 to permit the petitioner's daughters to continue in the 3rd and 4th respondents school in their respective classes under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act and in the event of any necessity of making payment towards fees and in such event direct the respondents 3 and 4 to collect the fees fixed by private schools fee determination committee.
