ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption " Extension of time" and upon perusing earlier orders of this Court dated 10.01.2023 and 27.07.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif, Pudukottai in D.No.753, dated 30.11.2023 through the Principal District Judge, 1/3

Pudukottai in D.No.6016/2023-A, dated 02.12.2023 , seeking further extension of three months time for disposal of the Case in RLTOP No.4 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pudukottai, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of RLTOP No.4 of 2020.

2. The learned District Munsif, Pudukkottai, sent a letter dated 30.11.2023, requesting extension of further more time to dispose of RLTOP No.4 of 2020, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 10.01.2023. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Munsif, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above petition. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing RLTOP No.4 of 2020 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
