ORDER
The present civil revision petition has been filed for directing the Learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirapalli to dispose of the appeal in R.C.A.No.12 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Trichy.
2. Although the Court notice has remained unserved and the notice on the respondents 4 to 6, 11 and 12 alone has been served, considering the relief sought for, Court is inclined to allow the civil revision petition by directing the Learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirapalli to dispose of the appeal in R.C.A.No.12 of 2019 as expeditiously as 2/4
possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above observations, the present Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
