The impugned order passed by the second respondent vide proceedings in Memo No.C1/590/2017 dated 22.05.2017, is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner retired from service after filing of this Writ Petition and he was settled all the benefits.
