The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the Crime No.603 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police. 2.When the matter is came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed the investigation in Crime No.603 of 2019 and they filed a final report before the concerned Court.

3.Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and the petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report.
