O R D E R
The instant writ petition has been filed by a Junior Engineer Grade - I working in the respondent Electricity Board seeking a Mandamus to reinstate him, based upon his representation dated 20.09.2024.
2. The petitioner was placed under suspension on 10.06.2024, on the ground that he was trapped and arrested by the Vigilance and Anti Corruption Department. A criminal case has also been registered as against the writ petitioner.
3. The petitioner has given a representation on 20.09.2024, seeking revocation of the order of suspension. Since it is a DVAC case, the respondents cannot revoke the order of suspension without getting No Objection Certificate from the Vigilance and Anti Corruption Department. 2/4
4. In view of the above said facts, the respondents herein are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.09.2024, after getting inputs from the Director of Vigilance and Anti Corruption Department and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date on which they received the inputs from the Vigilance and Anti Corruption Department.
5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
