PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of suspension in C.No.B1/5998/2010, R.O.No.172/2010 dated 03.07.2010 on the file of the respondent and quash the same as illegal in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Ajay Kumar Choudhary Vs. Union of India.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned order of suspension passed in C.No.B1/5998/2010, R.O.No.172/2010 dated 03.07.2010 by the respondent.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that by proceedings dated 04.06.2018 in Na.Ka.No.B1/7373/2017, the petitioner was removed from service. Further, the learned Additional Government Pleader has also produced a copy of proceedings dated 04.06.2018, before this Court.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
