ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to Modify the 3rd Condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.20830 of 2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II Dindigul, dated 26.09.2023 that the petitioner shall sign before the 1/3

respondent police station daily at 10.00 am and 5.00 pm until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that challenging the impugned order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II Dindigul in Cr.M.P.No.20830 of 2023, dated 26.09.2023 the petitioner herein has filed revision before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul in Crl.R.C.No.41 of 2023.
